1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fb77shop platform — including the website, mobile application, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and fb77shop (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using fb77shop and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

fb77shop reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of fb77shop is strictly restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• Personal use: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
• Lawful use: You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using fb77shop is lawful in your jurisdiction. fb77shop makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

fb77shop takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) process — which is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed — you will be required to submit government-issued photographic identification confirming your date of birth. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter referred for review in accordance with applicable regulations. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by fb77shop, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must first create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on fb77shop. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited at fb77shop's sole discretion. If you have previously had an account closed for a breach of these terms, you are prohibited from opening a new account without prior written authorisation from fb77shop.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. fb77shop reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

KYC Verification

fb77shop operates a mandatory KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal request. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name)

fb77shop will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in submitting required documents will result in corresponding delays in withdrawal processing. The platform is not liable for any inconvenience caused by a user's failure to provide timely KYC documentation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. fb77shop will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify fb77shop immediately at support@fb77shop if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

fb77shop supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• fb77shop does not charge any transaction fee on player deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method used. fb77shop is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposited funds may not be used to fund another player's account or transferred between player accounts.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the account dashboard.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed successfully prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered fb77shop account holder.
• fb77shop aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled.
• fb77shop reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value requests.
• Funds associated with active bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

Currency

All transactions on fb77shop are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. fb77shop is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by users depositing in a currency other than BDT.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

fb77shop offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general bonus policy:

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses via multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• fb77shop reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• Depositing solely to claim a bonus and then immediately requesting a withdrawal is considered bonus abuse. fb77shop may void bonuses and withhold winnings in such cases.

Promotional Communications

By registering an account, you consent to receiving promotional communications from fb77shop via push notification and in-dashboard messaging. You may manage your communication preferences from within your account settings at any time.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using fb77shop, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another person or entity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing in sports betting.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed purely to extract bonus value, or any other scheme intended to circumvent the spirit of promotions.
• Technical exploitation: Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Money laundering: Using fb77shop to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime. fb77shop complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of fb77shop, including its servers, databases, APIs, or payment processing systems.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward fb77shop support staff or other platform users.

fb77shop reserves the right to investigate any account activity suspected of violating these obligations and to take appropriate action, including suspension, permanent closure, and legal referral, without prior notice.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

fb77shop reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Violation of the one-account-per-person policy
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your fb77shop account at any time by contacting support at support@fb77shop. Before closure, any remaining verified balance in your account (net of active bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. Accounts subject to an ongoing fraud or AML investigation may not be eligible for immediate closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to reopen it or create a new account. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb77shop and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, fb77shop specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution
• Platform unavailability or interruption due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or force majeure events beyond fb77shop's reasonable control
• Any decisions or actions taken by you based on information or odds displayed on the platform that are subsequently found to contain errors
• Losses arising from the use of information on the fb77shop platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

fb77shop does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fb77shop takes reasonable steps to maintain platform stability but makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on fb77shop — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of fb77shop or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without the express written consent of fb77shop is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, bonus, or account action, you must first contact fb77shop support at support@fb77shop and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. fb77shop will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. The decision of fb77shop on any dispute shall be final, except where a regulatory or legal process provides otherwise.
